This first edition highlights a fruit of great purity that was preserved here throughout the 14-month aging in amphora. The mouth also benefited from this more traditional aging, which rounded out the tannins and maintained the wine's freshness and elegance. It seems to represent well the enormous potential of the wines of this region.
